Sales Manager – Residential Sales Team
Base Salary + Commission | $80K–$120K+ OTE | W-2 Full Time
Sales Focus Inc. is hiring a Sales Manager to lead and develop a team selling A3 Smart Home security systems directly to homeowners.
This role is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a residential outside sales team while driving territory performance and revenue growth.
This is a full-time W-2 leadership position offering base salary plus performance-based commission and bonuses.
Compensation
Base salary + team commission
On-Target Earnings: $80,000 – $120,000+
Performance bonuses

Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage a team of residential sales representatives
Lead daily team meetings and field coaching
Drive sales performance and territory development
Track team metrics and sales activity
Support reps in closing deals and improving conversion
Maintain strong customer and client relationships
Qualifications
2+ years of sales leadership experience
Experience in door-to-door, residential, or outside sales preferred
Strong coaching and team development skills
Ability to lead a team in the field
Reliable transportation
Experience in home security, solar, fiber, telecom, or other residential sales is a strong plus.
