Outside Sales Representative
We are hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join a high-performing residential door-to-door sales team. This is a W-2 position offering guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission, with structured training, daily support, and clear performance expectations.

What You’ll Do
- Engage homeowners directly through door-to-door outreach in assigned residential neighborhoods
- Educate prospects on our products and services using a proven sales process
- Generate and qualify leads, set appointments, and close sales where applicable
- Accurately document activity and outcomes using provided tools
- Represent the brand professionally and consistently in the field
- W-2 employment (not 1099)
- Base pay plus uncapped commission

- Prior door-to-door or outside sales experience is a plus, but not required
