Sales Focus Inc., the sales outsourcing pioneer, is looking to hire motivated Full-time Outside Sales Representatives on behalf of our client Slick Blinds LLC. The Outside Sales Representative is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for driving sales growth outside the typical office environment. 
SFI pioneered the sales outsourcing industry in the United States in 1998. We have 25 years of experience working within a wide range of industries to boost regional, national, and international sales performance for our clients. 

 
About Slick Blinds LLC 
Slick Blinds is a leading supplier of all kinds of window and door dressings which include blinds, shutters, verticals, shades, and curtains. Putting your design preferences and home needs first, our team will expertly guide you through our comprehensive selection of made-to-measure blinds, shutters, shades, verticals, curtains, accessories, and more.

  
This is a full-time, face-to-face, residential/commercial outside sales position offering base pay and uncapped commission. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct in-home as well as commercial design consultations to educate customers on the best window-covering options for their homes and businesses. 

  • Build trust and credibility with customers to successfully close sales. 

  • Submit customer orders and ensure their satisfaction.

  • Quick learner who can adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team. 

  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions, and to ask for clarification when needed. 

  • Positive and productive communication skills 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Motivated, ambitious, & relentless to get results. 

Work Schedule 

  • Full-time – 8 hours a day 

  • Monday to Friday with weekend work available 

  • Typical schedule is 8:30 am to 5:00 pm but can be flexible
